Who is behind the Power Lab
The Power Lab is based on the work of Barry Oshry and the insights he has gained over the last forty years in studying the dynamics of leading complex human systems. These are most classicly outlined
in his seminal work, Seeing Systems, now
in its second edition. The Power Lab has been adopted by many leading international firms
in North America as part of their leadership development programmes. Its launch in Europe is the result of a long-standing collaboration between Barry Oshry of Power+Systems and John Watters of Living Leadership.
